4. Day
 Lunch: a piece of toast, 125 gr. cottage cheese and a tomato;
 Dinner: a piece of toast, 125 gr. cooked meat, a cup of coffee or tea (No Sugar) and an orange.

5. Day

 Lunch: a piece of toast, 200 g. cooked meat or fish and a tomato;
– Dinner: 225 gr. baked potatoes, peas and carrots.

Make sure you cook vegetables without salt. Alcohol consumption during this diet is strictly prohibited. For the first five days, follow the diet, then take a two-day break and continue on the eighth day with the same diet. People suffering from heart diseases and diseases should consult a cardiologist before applying this diet in their daily lives.
